Alan Fritch moved to his current position with the Monarchs in June of 2012. Fritch originally joined the Monarchs on the Inside Sales Staff in March 2012 after spending the beginning part of the 2011-12 season as a goaltender in the minor leagues for two teams in the Southern Professional Hockey League and the upstart Federal Hockey League. Prior to his professional hockey debut, Alan graduated Buffalo State College in Buffalo, New York where he majored in Business Administration while becoming a three-year Varsity letter winner for the Men's Ice Hockey team.

On top of being a scholar-athlete and a team leader for the Bengals, the Saginaw, Michigan native started his own ticket company, Ticket Snobs, while attending school full-time.

Alan currently resides in Manchester, New Hampshire.
