Hello everyone! What a fun and crazy week to blog about!  There is so much to talk about, so let’s get right to it!

Last Wednesday, the newly created NBCSports Network aired a show named NHL36.  The show follows around a National Hockey League player for 36 hours to see what the daily routine of a professional hockey player is like.  Wednesday’s episode featured Los Angeles Kings center Mike Richards.  He has the coolest dog named Arnold but what I was excited to see was his linemates and my pals left wing Dwight King and right wing Jordan Nolan.  At one point, NHL36 showed the three of them sitting in on a film session which was really neat because it is something that is done behind closed doors between the players and coaches.  Andrei Loktionov also made an appearance in the show when he joined Richards and some teammates for sushi the night before their game against the Phoenix Coyotes.  It is so cool to see them on TV and playing with the Kings!

Last Thursday, I went to the 2012 Labatt Blue Bubble Hockey League Tournament semifinal at Grand Slam in Manchester.  It is too bad I cannot qualify to win the grand prize of a replica Calder Cup and a Labatt Blue Bubble Hockey League game because I am really good at bubble hockey.  I had so much fun last week that I plan on going to the next semifinal qualifier which is this Thursday night at Billy’s in Manchester from 7:00-9:00 p.m.

In my last blog entry, I mentioned that I was going to the Girls Scout’s Showcase at the Carr Center at Saint Anselm College.  I must have a lot of readers because there were so many people there supporting the Girls Scouts.  I had so much fun doing activities with my new friends and hope that I can make the showcase next year!

I am really looking forward to the Manchester Monarchs Booster Club Bowl-A-Thon this Saturday.  Luckily there is time between now and the Bowl-A-Thon because I need some practice to shake off the rust.  The Bowl-A-Thon will be at Merrimack Ten Pin and is always a great time so I hope to see you there!!

With the NHL trade deadline passing on Monday, that means the teams are getting ready for their playoff runs.  This is the best time of year!

There is still plenty of hockey left this season so do not miss the competition this weekend as the Connecticut Whale enter the Jungle on Sunday!  If you come to the game on Sunday, let me know where you are and I will come say hello!  I cannot wait to see everyone at the Verizon Wireless Arena!!  Go Monarchs!!
