I am so proud to be a member of Monarchs Country right now!  The support the community has given the Los Angeles Kings during their Stanley Cup Playoff run has been awesome!  I heard the turnout at the Viewing Parties were great!  I love that our Monarchs family spans from coast-to-coast!

The series returns to Los Angeles for Game 3 and 4 on Monday and Wednesday!  Make sure you head over to JW Hills for the Viewing Parties and receive food and beverage discounts by wearing your Monarchs and Kings gear!  I hope to get over there for the parties!  You know me – I love parties and the Kings!

Speaking of parties, I had a blast at a surprise 70th birthday party at The Pines in Newmarket, New Hampshire last Thursday!  We surprised the birthday girl!  She had no idea!  I want to thank everyone who helped sneak me in for the party!  She was delighted to be my special “Sweetheart Of The Day” on her birthday.  Boy, that cake sure was yummy!!!

It has been such a rainy and dreary weekend.  Boo!  I want the sun to come back!  All this rain gives me really bad hair days and I cannot be seen out in public with bad hair!  Maybe I can sneak on a plane and head out to sunny California for the most exciting hockey games of the season???  I could help Bailey and the fans at STAPLES Center cheer on the team!  If anyone has a plane or a plane ticket, hand it on over!  My bags are packed and ready to go!

I will be attending a DARE graduation on Monday.  I am so proud to be going to this graduation and congratulating these wonderful students!  It can be hard to say no and I am extremely proud of these kids!  Congratulations and see you Monday!

Finally, I was hanging around the Monarchs office last week and there are talks of SummerFest returning in July!  Last year’s event was so cool!  I cannot believe we were able to play street hockey on Elm Street!!!  I am putting together a team for this year’s tournament, who wants to be on it?

Well, that is all I have for now!  I love hearing from my fellow Monarchs Countrymen and women!  Do not be shy if you see me around town or want to make plans with me.  I always make time for my friends!!  Go Kings Go!!
