Hello, Monarchs Country! The holidays are here and I cannot believe it!  It feels like just yesterday we were wearing Mullet Wigs and growing moustaches for Movember!

I hope everybody is ready for another exciting weekend in the Jungle before Christmas officially arrives.  Just between you, me and Santa, all I want for Christmas is a bunch of Monarchs victories!  Those and a Calder Cup!

I must say this past weekend’s Teddy Bear Toss was amazing!  Thanks to all the fans for making a difference.  It was unbelievable seeing all of those teddy bears flying like chuck-a-pucks.  I did not think it could get any better, but listening to all those kids from New Hampshire elementary school choruses sing all those great songs was amazing.  If you don’t believe me, ask Santa!  He found time in his very busy schedule to come to the game last Sunday!  What a great guy!  I wish I had gotten a picture with him to show everyone!

Not only am I excited for the holidays next week but I have some great friends coming into town for the Monarchs Cabin Fever Night on Wednesday, December 26!  The ZOOperstars will be in the Jungle!  You may remember them from my birthday party a couple years ago and they also came to a game last season.  They are amazing and if you have not heard of them before, you can check out their performance on America’s Got Talent here.  I really hope some of my favorites show up such as Whale Gretzky, Squidney Crosby and Bobby Orrangutang!

Well, that is all for this week!  I have to go bake cookies for when Santa comes next week!  I hope everybody has an amazing Holiday and I hope to see you in the Jungle!  Go Monarchs!
