Accessible Parking
Handicap accessible parking is available in the lot adjacent to the arena on Harry Theo Lane. Harry Theo Lane is located off of Elm Street between the Verizon Wireless Arena and the old Michael's School of Hair Design. Spots are limited and cannot be reserved.

| A limited number of accessible parking spots are also available on Chestnut Street on game days. |
Box Office
The Verizon Wireless Arena Box Office is located at the front of the building on the Lake Avenue side and is walk up sales only.

| Monday-Friday: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm |
| Saturday: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm |
| The box office is also open on game days three hours prior to game time through the end of the first intermission. |

Opening Doors
Doors at the Verizon Wireless Arena open one hour prior to the start of the game. Doors are not opened early for inclement weather due to the costs associated with doing so. |
Prohibited Items
In order to keep the Verizon Wireless Arena and its guests as safe as possible at all times, the following items are not allowed into the arena:

Weapons of any kind or any item that could be construed as a weapon |

Any other item deemed unacceptable by arena management |
In the event that prohibited items are revealed in a search, guests will be asked to dispose of the items or return them to their cars before entering the arena. |
VIP Parking
The VIP parking lot behind the arena is designated for people who own luxury suites. Persuant to their contracts, only those with VIP parking tickets can park in the lot. |
